eCommerce Intern

• Assist in creation and updating of product listings on our Shopify stores, including imagery, descriptions and SEO optimization.
• Design digital assets (e.g., banners, social media graphics, email visuals) using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Managing and taking inventory of stocks
• Handle fulfilment, pick, pack and mailing of orders.
• Assist with customer service in handling all customer enquiries
• Perform related tasks, including office administrative work.

• Good command of English, written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about pop culture, entertainment and social media
• Customer service savvy, personable, approachable and articulate
• Familiar Shopify
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Design, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or Canva. Basic photography knowledge is a plus.
• Self motivated, able to work independently, dedicated and able to multi-task.
