- Lead a high-performing data science team focused on governance and experience, fostering a collaborative and insight-driven culture to address regional e-commerce challenges.
- Build data frameworks and move analytics from reactive reporting to proactive insights, influencing marketplace policies and improving buyer journeys across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and data engineering teams to enhance data accessibility, improve dashboards, and support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.
- Turn complex data into clear, data-driven strategies that help operations teams strengthen governance processes and drive user satisfaction.
- Grow and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and building strong cross-functional relationships within the region.
- At least five years of leadership experience in data science or analytics, preferably within a high-growth tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with experience in large-scale data analysis, A/B testing, and applying machine learning models to real-world problems.
- A master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or economics; PhD or MBA is a plus.
- A strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams within a diverse, fast-paced Southeast Asian context.
