
Assistant Vice President, Finance

- Assist with financial operations of Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Korea offices
- Assist with management and control all locally outsourced accounting support teams
- Support the preparation of all tax and regulatory reporting
- Assist with annual audit and preparation of financial statement reports
- Analyze company ledger accounts actual to budget, month over month, and annual trend
- Manage cash flows, reconcile bank accounts, and process monthly billings to corporate office
- Prepare insightful financial analysis reports to management
- Assist with design and development of enhanced accounting processes and procedures
- Become a knowledge center for all financial activity
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Strong knowledge of foreign currency accounting, local accounting principles, and US GAAP
- Excellent oral and written English skills required
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and takes initiative with minimal direction
- Advanced Excel skills are required and will be evaluated as part of the interview process
- Knowledge of Workday general ledger and human resource systems a plus
- CPA or local equivalent a plus
