- Own and manage day-to-day marketing campaign operations on marketing automation platform.
- Enforce proper campaign processes across our marketing automation platform and CRM to drive an efficient marketing operations engine.
- Maintain our campaign data to ensure accurate reporting for our stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable insights for marketing strategy adjustments.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation programs, offering data-driven recommendations for funnel optimization and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to enable real-time access to marketing insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the marketing team, ensuring the insights are actionable and tailored to the audience.
- Maintain and optimize the Martech stack to ensure seamless integration, system performance and data flow across to support demand generation.
- Oversee and manage the daily administration of related systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for process efficiency and campaign effectiveness, while implementing best practices through education and enablement.
- Work with the Martech stack to create automated processes to improve the data pipeline and standardize automation across different tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within marketing (projects or internship);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights;
- Proven self-starter with a passion for optimizing and innovating Marketing Operations processes;
- Ability to grow, learn, and collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment;
