- Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Managing external correspondence on administrative matters with clients
- Client relation management (e.g. preparing festive cards / gifts, etc...)
- 21 years old and above
- Minimum diploma or degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Design and Telemarketing is preferred
