As a team committed to excellence, we focus on providing outstanding financial advisory services and nurturing top-performing financial consultants.Job DescriptionOverviewWe are currently searching for a part-time Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management personnel within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, efficiency, and a proactive approach to effectively manage professional responsibilities.Key Responsibilities

Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Managing external correspondence on administrative matters with clients
Client relation management (e.g. preparing festive cards / gifts, etc...)

Key Requirements

21 years old and above
Minimum diploma or degree holder in any discipline
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Design and Telemarketing is preferred
