What the role is:You will be part of an administration team and will manage and provide administrative support for the Communications and Engagement Group, mainly in the areas of financial and procurement operations. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:
  • Prepare and coordinate returns for submissions for financial and procurement matters for the division • Handle work in the areas of budgeting, utilisation tracking, monthly reconciliation, payments processing and reporting • Prepare/review procurement documents and create purchase orders and maintain contract documentation and filing • Provide advice to the division and liaise with other divisions for financial and procurement matters • Support in administrative functions of the division, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in areas such as office supplies and resources management, event logistics, and staff welfare matters • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
