Handle accounts and bookkeeping of retail licensed FMC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compute introducer/distributor fees and commissions accurately and in a timely manner.
Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day operations, including accounts management, cash management, budgeting, audits, surveys/questionnaires, management fee computation, MAS forms submissions, and corporate secretary works.
Prepare financial reports and statements on a regular basis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, keeping abreast of changes in accounting principles and regulations.
Effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders, providing explanations and insights as needed.

skills and experience required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance-related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software - Excel VBA / SAP
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
