Support the execution of operational tasks related to HELIX.
Maintain operational documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in the coordination of investor onboarding and inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DeFi operations.

Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic Web3 environment.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Previous experience in operations or finance is a plus.
Basic understanding of DeFi concepts and protocols is a plus.
