- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize cancer information and support services
- Design and execute patient education programs and support initiatives, including workshops, group sessions, and online resources
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, including planning yearly work plans and sourcing funding for education programs
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through regular audits and reviews
- Drive patient satisfaction through innovative education programs and efficient communication systems
- Collaborate across departments to leverage resources and expertise for cancer education materials and programs
- Establish quality standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee staff development, including performance management and training programs
- A recognised Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business management, health administration, public health, education or healthcare related fields
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or equivalent role
- Strong track record in developing and implementing healthcare education programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
