To work closely with the founding team to lead the buildout and alignment of the organization's global HR systems.
  • Moving into Global Impact Position, current focus covering Asia & the Middle East
  • Lead a team of HR professionals
  • Collaborate with Country General Managers to build and optimize scalable HR systems
  • Drive excellence in HRIS, Organizational Design, Talent Development, and Culture Building
Key Responsibilities:-
  • Build and unify HR standards and practices across 9 countries
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS / HCM systems
  • Partner with local GMs on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
  • Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
  • Build training, development, and performance management systems
Requirements
  • Possess min 10+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years & above in a leadership role with extensive international &/ global role with strong focus in Asia
  • Strong hands on experience in building & operating across diverse international HR teams and business partnering with internal stakeholders across systems, recruitment, development, performance & culture
  • Analytical and strategic leader able to create impact-oriented goals focused on outcomes
  • Possess collaborative leadership style, strong and effective interpersonal communication skills
