- Drive PayLah! app stickiness and usage through experimentation, targeting dormant customers with usage initiatives and also adopting a segment view
- Lead key usage campaigns, including launching new merchants on the PayLah! app, implementing QR-related programs, and designing rewards initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams to execute monthly usage and tactical campaigns with PayLah! Partners, including overseas QR campaigns.
- Support cards usage programs for DBS Cards to drive brand love and perception while driving business outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing agencies to project management across multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with media agencies and internal analytics experts to track full funnel metrics using Adobe Analytics, leveraging data insights for decision-making.
- Partner with product teams and stakeholders to communicate new or enhanced user experience for new features or product improvements, aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with external creative and media agencies to ensure successful campaign execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Define and track business and marketing KPIs, analyzing campaign results to extract insights and formulate hypotheses for future campaigns.
- Participate in squads, lending marketing expertise and leading experimental initiatives to drive continuous innovation.
- Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage spend and budget projections, ensuring timely cost submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to campaign ideation and execution.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and paid advertising channels.
- Experience in the financial services industry or with mobile wallets/cards usage campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment and yet be detailed oriented.
- Strong communications skills, effective in writing and be comfortable with doing presentations of marketing ideas to sell ideas for stakeholder buy-in.
