We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.Job ResponsibilitiesBe part of the Financial Strategy team to deliver insightful analytics for the Group capital, balance sheet and returns.
  • Actively engage business units as part of robust planning, forecasting process to provide forward looking assessment on implication of business growth strategies
  • Analyse of results, trends and forecast, and make recommendations for decision support
  • Develop financial model and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis based on macro factors and external benchmarking to identify risk & opportunities to support decision making
  • Develop management dashboards to ensure strategic alignment of Capital, Balance Sheet & Profitability metrics across countries and business segments
Job Requirements
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good influencing and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills, ability to work with tight deadlines and dealing with ambiguity
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
  • Familiarity with programming, data query, data management tools
  • Conversant with funds transfer-pricing (FTP), or experience in balance sheet and capital management will be an advantage
