Job Description Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will interface between business and HR to deliver on the overall HR objective of building an effective, efficient and engaged workforce. You are a professional HR practitioner and will need to manage people processes, ensuring levels of capabilities and performance are aligned with current and future business requirements. You will also deliver appropriate and relevant HR advice, ensuring that this is in line with the overarching business strategy, governance processes and risk appetite. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done. Role responsibilities Strategy Execute people processes (performance, reward, resourcing, learning and talent) to ensure levels of capabilities and performance satisfy current and future requirements of the business Deliver appropriate and relevant HR advice, ensuring that this is aligned to the overarching business strategy, governance processes and risk appetite. Support HR strategy and people priorities that enable sustainable performance and growth of the relevant business areas. People and Talent Facilitate People Leaders team buildings to embed high-performance culture with specific focus on capability, effectiveness and productivity within the businesses Coach People Leaders in talent development to engage and retain high quality people and ensure a high-quality succession pipeline at all levels and sponsor ongoing development activities that focus on the identified high performing and high potential individuals within the businesses Processes and governance Continuously improve and implement the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes (e.g. salary/bonus review, talent management processes, recruitment processes) as they relate to the relevant business areas and the HR function Support key project processes such as OD reviews, restructuring and TOM implementation, and People Plan items to ensure all the process steps have been considered and are effectively implemented Prepare and analyse HR dashboards to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas such as attrition, headcount and productivity Perform periodic submissions of workforce insights to key forums ensuring data accuracy and integrity Ensure effective management of operational risks within the role remit and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulation. Engage with relevant audit report findings across the relevant business areas and ensure feedback is acted upon Identify opportunities to improve HR products, processes, policies, and ways of working. Our Ideal Candidate 8+ years%27 experience in Human Resource leadership roles, preferably with in-depth experience of working in Singapore Good management skills with the ability to handle multiple key stakeholders in a matrixed organisation Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of Singapore HR practices and processes Good appreciation of the business requirements and understanding of how the HR strategy can support the business Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity Knowledge of the latest HR trends, best practices and how to successfully apply them
