Facilitate with onboarding and offboarding
Prepare and administer HR related letters
Arrange new hire for medical check-up
Updating and maintain of employees P-files
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Tracking of work pass quotas
Handle daily HR operational activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

QualificationsRequirement:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Accuracy and meticulous to details
