- Execute day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
- Build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships across the organization.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication to convey HR policies and resolve queries.
- Practice active listening to understand employee concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Facilitate negotiations regarding job offers, conflict resolution, and employee requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with HR software and remote collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
