  • Coordinate local sales campaigns for international partners/agents.
  • Lead commercial strategy development and implementation.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify growth potential in current accounts.
  • Participate in bids, RFQs, and other commercial activities, including quotation preparation and follow-up.
  • Engage in networking events to expand industry connections and drive business expansion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing ventures.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention, balancing compliance with local regulations and dispute resolution.
  • Manage cash effectively and collaborate with Credit Control for efficient credit management.
  • Conduct market research to understand current market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient understanding of Singapore ports and maritime regulations.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a drive for business development.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
