The success of data business model hinges on the supply of a large volume of high quality labeled data that will grow exponentially as our business scales up. However, the current cost of data labeling is excessively high. The Data Solutions team is built to understand data strategically at scale for all Global Business Solution (GBS) business needs. Data Solutions Team uses quantitative and qualitative data to guide and uncover insights, turning our findings into real products to power exponential growth. Data Solutions Team responsibility includes infrastructure construction, recognition capabilities management, global labeling delivery management.About The Role
The role seeks to drive clarity, solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches to dig into complex data sets and make sense out of them. With strong data analytics skills, propose and own data analysis (including coding, analytics, and experimentation) to drive business insight and facilitate decisions.
You will get expsoure to how the business uses data in our day-to-day decision making that runs and drives the smooth operations of labelling.Responsibilities
1. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decision-making;
2. Solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches to provide clarity and direction. Propose and own data analysis (including modeling, coding, analytics, and experimentation) to drive business insight and facilitate decision making process;
3. Develop and present metrics, comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions;
5. Develop end to end request management framework and process for ongoing request collection exercise;
6. Present findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner;
7. Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing and use machine learning techniques to build predictive models;
8. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using visualisation tools and presentations.Qualifications:1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent;
2. 1-3 years experience in data analytics (including experience in optimisation, reporting, visualisation and data life cycle management) is required;
3. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
4. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python or R; Experience with common data science toolkits, such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn;Preferred:
1. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus;
2. Strong project management skillsets (excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and eager learner);
3.
