Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteAbout the job:This position supports the advancement of medical education and professional affairs, specifically focusing on surgeon training programs. The role ensures that all activities—such as events and congresses—are executed in strict alignment with Stryker’s Compliance standard operating procedures, delivering seamless processes and outstanding outcomes.What you will be doing:You will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our medical education initiatives: -
  • Assist with coordinating marketing and sales-related events
  • Develop foundational knowledge of products and procedures
  • Gain awareness of the competitive landscape
  • Understand key customer segments and their needs
  • Learn the basics of educational program design
  • Communicate effectively—both in writing and verbally
  • Help organize and support medical education courses and training programs
  • Build familiarity with our training delivery methods
  • Collect data from education programs (as part of future career development)
  • Understand customer profiles and the importance of engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Follow internal branding standards
  • Use common internal communication platforms effectively
Who are we looking for:
  • Holds a minimum Diploma qualification
  • 1- 2 years of experiences is preferred
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin languages are advantageous
  • Background in Compliance is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrates initiative and influence, even without formal authority
  • Comfortable navigating complex cross-functional processes and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
