Process Engineering Specialists (PES) is an international services company providing Project Management, Commissioning & Qualification, and Automation services to our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.With offices across Europe, Asia and the US, our core focus is on consistently delivering high quality outcomes for our multi-national clients.Job DescriptionThe RoleDue to continued growth, we are looking to hire a to support our business development executive/contracts recruiter to support our sales activities in the China/Japan/Korea region. Based in Singapore, this is a key role start and grow our business in this area.The Sales Consultant will lead the growth of our outsourced technical services (OTS) site placement business by hiring the best talent into the organization, developing a pipeline of potential candidates for future business growth and act as a first point of contact for our clients.We are interested in speaking with professionals who have a strong track record in technical recruitment within the Pharmaceutical industry.Responsibilities
  • Build your network by engaging with candidates as a talent acqusition/recrtuiter
  • Build and strengthen your network of candidates via cold calling, and face to face meetings
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build a network of clients to sell out outsourced technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for this role, as it involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders
