As one of the first hires in the region, this role offers unparalleled visibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a significant impact in shaping our presence.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the alternative investments market, targeting high net worth individuals, portfolio diversifiers, and whisky enthusiasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the managing director/founder to build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Build and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Drive brand awareness and market penetration through networking events, whisky tastings, and collaborative initiatives.
Ideal ProfileRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the luxury goods or investment industry.
  • Strong passion for whisky and willingness to learn and develop expertise in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
