- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the alternative investments market, targeting high net worth individuals, portfolio diversifiers, and whisky enthusiasts.
- Collaborate closely with the managing director/founder to build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
- Build and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Drive brand awareness and market penetration through networking events, whisky tastings, and collaborative initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the luxury goods or investment industry.
- Strong passion for whisky and willingness to learn and develop expertise in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
