Job Description:Responsibilities:● Making & receiving customer inquiry calls● Handling customer complaints● Collecting & analysing customer feedback● Responding to customer reviews● Support software training & software installation with customer● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & helpreduce accident cases● Data analytics for software & product accuracy● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project● Observe & monitor for server performance● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customerAdditional Information:● Interpersonal and customer service skills● Analytical and problem-solving skills● Multitasking and organizational skills● Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily● Ability to share work among the customer service team● Attentiveness and patience● Time-management skills● Ability to find positivity in any situation
