- Ensure operational compliance with telecom codes of practice and interconnection agreements.
- Prepare regulatory submissions, position papers, and consultation responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry peers and internal business units, collaborating to implement regulatory decisions and fulfil requirements.
- Manage interconnection agreements, analyse cost structures, and advise management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and public policy considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 10 years of experience in regulated industries
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness of telecom business models
