On-Boarding Officer, Contractor Safety Management Branch (CSMB)

• Checking of contractors' documentation for alignment with SMRT safety standards.
• Checking of contractor personnel's safety licenses, certifications, credentials, and regulatory documents.
• Manage and facilitate the completion of the CSMB On-Boarding processes.
• Collaborate with the SMRTi Learning Ops, and other relevant departments to streamline the On-Boarding of Contractors.
• Ensure all safety documentation is in order before contractors start work.
• Maintain records of contractor's On-Boarding processes.

• Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety related studies
• Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) or equivalent is advantageous
• 3 years of work experience in WSH role is advantageous

• Good knowledge on Workplace Safety and Health Act, Regulations, Code of Practices
• and Singapore Standards
• Proficient in WSH Risk Management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills to manage tasks and deadlines
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management
