Business Development Manager

• Identify, acquire, develop and enlarge customer base in the different verticals within the Oil and Gas and Marine industry.
• Follow up with customers/prospects on the RFQ/enquiry status. Conduct presentations on our proposals and deliverables to promote and to achieve sales closure.
• Customer relationship building and manage customers expectations by conducting regular visit and facilitating exchange correspondence.
• To participate in the preparation of the submission of quotation/bid/tender
• Keep abreast of market and industry development and give regular feedback and recommendation to internal organization.
• If required, to render assistance to finance depart to resolve AR issues through front line liason with customers.
• Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time

• Minimum 3 years in Sales role in freight forwarding industry
• Good salesmanship assertive, professional, friendly, persistence and solution driven.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill ability to deal and communicate with people from different level and culture. Proficient in influencing and engaging key figures in client organization.
• Performance Driven - Self Motivation and Self Driven. Always seeking personal improvement to reach for the maximum achievement.
• Class 3 license with car
• Must have own car
• Only accept Singaporean or PR
