  • Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
  • Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
  • Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting.
  • Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and tracked liquidity and cash regularly.
  • Work closely with the relevant internal team such as legal, tax and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
  • Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow
Role requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an accounting function in financial services preference in Private Equity/ Real Estate funds background
  • Chartered Accountant or bachelor's degree in accountancy is essential
  • Candidates directly from Big 4 accounting firms with experience in auditing financial services/ Real estate may apply
  • Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with the ability to work with members of different departments is critical
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Japanese/ Korean speaking skills is desirable (not essential) to liaise with stakeholders based in Japan/ Korea.
