HVAC Fundamentals
BBP Schematics, Design & Specifications
Conduct Site Survey, Manage Site Installation
Testing & Commissioning
Measurement & Performance Finetuning
Flow Switch Calibration
Chiller Reconditioning
Cable Routing / Design
PLC/SCADA Overview

Project Management (Project Management Knowledge / Application of Engineering Knowledge)

Assist in project schedules and budgets, project costing / procurement process
Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
Ensure work compliance with specifications
Prepare progress reports, client updates and attend meetings
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects

Learning Outcomes and Objectives:

Gain in-depth knowledge on HVAC system
Learn to conduct site survey and manage site installation
Learn measurement and performance finetuning
Learn flow switch calibration
Learn chiller reconditioning
Learn cable routing/design
Gain understanding on PLC and SCADA

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project & Facilities Management, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or any related field.
Knowledge on HVAC is a bonus.
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Possess a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Possess attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
