Retail / Senior Associate (Fashion Jewelry, Sports Brands)

• Fashion, Sports, Beauty or Accessories.
• Multiple locations
• Permanent role

• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment representing the brand image
• Responsible for the daily store operations
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship
• Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manages customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters
• Working closely with the Store Manager on sales activity and being part of store events.
• Other duties as assigned

• Candidate with at least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
• Must be able to work retail hours (shift work)
• 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
• Be interested in sports, fashion, cosmetics, and jewelry
• Hardworking, sporty, cheerful, and bubbly characteristic
