- Project Management for New & Redeveloped Polyclinic Projects - Support the PMO, coordinate workstreams, serve as project secretariat, and facilitate FFE funding requests.
- Internal Governance and Compliance - Act as Data Protection Representative, support adherence to processes for good governance, and facilitate oversight of data management.
- Process and Workflow Management - Review and update workflows and policies, serve as document controller, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes.
- Administrative and System Management - Manage contract management system, maintain department's intranet, and provide administrative support to HQ Service & Operations team.
- A degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in managerial capacity, preferably in healthcare sector and operations management including areas such as performance monitoring, process improvement, project management, and implementation.
- Possess good communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and work with all levels of staff across functional areas.
- Meticulous, able to work well in a team-based environment with a pro-active mind set in problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
