Location : Pasir PanjangPosition : Temp Assistant Manager – MP&S/CCMContract duration : 12 months

Working hours : Mon – Thurs : 8.30am to 6pm, Fri : 8.30am to 5.30am with one hour lunch breakHourly rated :$18.50 per hour – Degree with no work experience.Job Duties:Preparation of annual local-foreign and attrition analyses;
  • Data collection, data cleaning and the management of data arising from the ILTC-IS data base for 2024 and 2025 data, and collection of 2025 data;
  • Review of ILTC-IS module and SOPs to improve in data collection; work with IT to develop new manpower data module on SuSy platform;
  • Assist in ad-hoc data requests and analysis;
  • Assist in other administrative tasks for the team, including setting up of meetings
CCM embarks on a data collection and analysis exercise annually. The data collection process requires numerous emails and calls with CCOs to guide them in submitting their returns. The data also requires cleaning and analysis once collected. The entire process from the call for data collection, to the analysis of data can require tedious phone calls, emails and data churning, which is time-consuming. Care settings such as AACs are also not on the online platform, and their data has to be collected manually.Furthermore, MP&S and other divisions often reply on ILTC-IS data to inform our policies. There will be adhoc requests for data analyses, which would be best served by a dedicated data officer. We are also working with HF and IT to update the data collection platform, and will need to provide our pain points, use cases, and updated data requirements to them.In addition, CCM staffs a number of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and we will require manpower to help arrange meetings with them.Job requirement :
Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc)
  • Able to write and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management
  • Needs to be organised and have logical thinking
  • Comfortable with data-cleaning and reconciliation of erroneous data
