
Senior Key Account Manager (ICU & Renal)

- Drive growth of the ICU and Renal product portfolio, aligned with company budget revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clinical stakeholders, and distributors to ensure alignment at both senior and end-user levels.
- Deeply understand ICU and Renal care pathways to position products that support improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Lead market development initiatives to defend market share and identify new growth opportunities within the portfolio.
- Manage all aspects of commercial activities including tender submissions, sales forecasting, opportunity creation, and execution of marketing and clinical strategies.
- Conduct clinical discussions and product presentations with intensivists, nephrologists, ICU doctors and nurses to support product adoption and integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, medical affairs, supply chain) to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure business continuity.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to shape strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- Organize and lead educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training to support clinical engagement and product utilization.
- Actively contribute to Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) and Commercial Excellence by coaching and developing sales capabilities in line with the BD Way of Selling.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience within the healthcare or medical device industry. Direct sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical understanding of ICU and Renal environments, with experience engaging physicians and clinical teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the Singapore healthcare landscape and key industry challenges.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience working in a matrix organization; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
