Backed by foundations and used by thousands of students, we’re scaling fast and need passionate people to bring our technology to life in schools, communities, and homes.Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe’re looking for an AI Tutor Deployment Intern to support the end-to-end deployment of KiteSense AI Tutor in schools and community programs. This role is ideal for students who are curious about the intersection of education, technology, and data analytics, and want hands-on experience in scaling an EdTech solution. You’ll work closely with our Deployment Specialists and Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation, training, and user adoption.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing deployment activities for schools and community programs.
  • Support onboarding sessions and training workshops for educators, administrators, and parents (live or virtual).
  • Help develop onboarding guides, FAQs, and learning resources.
  • Monitor platform usage and flag engagement trends to the team.
  • Collect and organize user feedback for internal review.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to troubleshoot user issues.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations on deployment progress and adoption insights.
Requirements
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Education, Data Science, Learning Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in education technology, program implementation, or data analytics.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if familiar with SQL, Python, or visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with teaching, tutoring, or working with schools/education programs.
  • Familiarity with AI, adaptive learning platforms, or learning analytics.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Mandarin for regional projects.
