Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all electrical operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline. Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and advanced power quality equipment. Provide expert-level support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies. Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands. Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades. Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases. Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience. Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training programs and hands-on site engagement. Lead post-incident reviews and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities. Drive strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion, reliability improvement, and energy efficiency. Spearhead the deployment of SMART power systems, predictive diagnostics, and digital tools to enhance team productivity and system intelligence. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred). Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in High, Medium, and Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design, Maintenance, and Operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous. Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills, fluent in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly. Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
