- Resolve IT-related incidents/requests (including software and hardware).
- Provide technical guidance to internal users of the use of computers, networks, and audio video conferencing to meet business needs.
- Perform logging of IT tickets, tracking and escalating unresolve IT-related issues.
- Actively participate in the implementation of technology refresh and daily operational tasks such as performing technology updates for Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft 365, iOS, Android, etc.
- Document incident root causes and solutions in ITSM ServiceNow to facilitate knowledge article creation and make regular updates to the IT assets inventory.
- Contribute and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service efficiency and performance
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.
- Respect the needs of their colleagues and build up cooperative relationships.
- Understand the goals of our internal and external stakeholder to set personal priorities as well as align their teams' work to achieve the objectives.

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline.
- 1-3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft 365 services, and other common
- Has hands-on knowledge in supporting MFD printer, video conference technologies e.g., MS Teams, Zoom and Polycom.
- Understanding about the ITIL process and ITSM tools e.g., ServiceNow
- Understanding of information security and personal data protection. E.g., PDPA
- Good written and oral English communication skills is essential.
- Able to work independently and proactively in a multi-disciplined team environment.
- Leadership skills required for Senior position.
- Certified in ITIL or MCSA or CCNA
