- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the building management sector.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience with building management systems and software solutions, particularly in the context of sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Software Sales Experience and a focus in SaaS solutions within construction or building technology.
- Desired experience in managing enterprise software accounts within the commercial real estate or building management industry.
