Our Client a reputable bank is on the lookout for a 1 year contract Receptionist to join themJob DescriptionReceptionist cum Admin Assistant / Up to $3k (Bank)Provide Front desk reception serviceso Manage the reception by answering incoming phone calls, handling inquiries and redirecting communications to the appropriate personnel.o Welcome and receive visitors in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.o Handles general inquiries from internal & external customers with efficiency and professionalism.o Coordinate visitor access and maintain a logbook for security purposes.o Manage the booking calendar of meeting rooms.o Handle front desk correspondence including mail, couriers and packages. Responsible in the recording, segregation and distribution of all incoming mail and courier items.o Handle outgoing mail and courier services including mail franking and posting.o Maintain a neat and organised reception area that reflects the company’s image.o Provide refreshment services to visitors when required.o Ensure pantry supplies are replenished regularly and pantry inventory is well-stocked.o Support office housekeeping tasks.o Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards in the meeting rooms, work café and tea point.Perform facility and administrative support tasks.o Work closely with the business units and staff on facility management issues and attend to daily facility related matters for the premises.o Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment servicing, or facility needs. Willingness to work beyond office hours and on weekends, when necessary, to supervise the maintenance services or related work.o Support the procurement of office, pantry and printing supplies.o Support offsite storage documents administration (request of supplies, collection, retrieval and destruction of boxes).o Support in maintaining access cards records, creation and deletion of access cards.o Processing of invoices and arrange for approval.o Support security alarm monitoring.o Support in any ad-hoc duties, company/client events and activities as and when required.Application InstructionsCandidates who are keen to apply , pls send your resume to :Agent Note This position is posted on behalf of a client by a third party agent.
