We aim to develop innovative solutions that can be commercialized into products and services for Continental through close collaboration with its business units.In this job opening, we are seeking a highly motivated and visionary researcher to join our team focused on heterogeneous integration and security of chiplet-based IC systems. This role involves research and development in chiplet-based architectures, aiming to demonstrate secure intelligent computing platforms outperforms traditional compute platforms. We invite applicants to join us as a Research Fellow or Senior Researcher (full-time). You will be part of the Continental-NTU Corporate Lab research team.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with security experts, cryptographic engineers, and cross-functional and interdisciplinary / inter-organizational teams to develop, integrate and evaluate innovationsIntegrate, prototype and evaluate new architectural improvements, in particular new security mechanisms and cryptographic IP implementations on hardware FPGA platformsIntegrating security Engine/TEE and post-quantum hardware building blocks and security componentsResponsible for integrating into RoT/Caliptra hardware and software blocks as prototypeContribute to long-term research strategy, white papers, and vision documents.Job Requirements:MSc in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience with HW/SW Co-Design, FPGA development and hardware prototypingProficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDLStrong understanding of digital design principles and embedded systemsProficiency in low-level programming languages such as C, Rust and RISC-VKnowledge and/or experience in using some of tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, etc.Familiarity with modular FPGA hardware implementations, tools and testing methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work across interdisciplinary and diverse teams, ideally with experience in project planning and managementExcellent collaborative and communication skills in English for research purposesGood communication and presentation skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plusWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
