- Understand customers' needs, provide complete and relevant information, and resolve customers' queries in a professional and timely manner • Manage cases in the best interests of MOE and the customer • Capture customer interactions accurately in relevant IT systems • Sense emerging trends and issues, and recommend improvements to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Experience in customer service would be preferred • Good working knowledge of contact centre environment, key performance indicators and best practices would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
