This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain hands-on experience analyzing data for the disability sector. As an Intern, Data Analyst, you will be part of the key players in supporting our team.Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas * Perform cleaning, validating, organising raw datasets from multiple Excel sources.
  • Restructure the raw datasets into formats suitable for Power BI dashboards with Python
  • Generate relevant dashboards, visualizations and ad-hoc reports that effectively answer key business questions
  • Assist with the migration of existing excel reports to automated dashboards.
  • Participate in cross-divisional/team meetings to clarify data needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation of all procedures and scripts for effective knowledge transfer
  • Provide support on any ad-hoc data requests or data projects
Requirements
  • Proficient in Python, Excel (Pivot, tables, formulas), PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of analytics fundamentals
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
  • Has an interest in the social service sector and in using data to drive social impact
