Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.Job DescriptionJOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:This role reports to the Head of Corporate Communications, Southeast Asia & Korea region who is based in Singapore.Internal communications:

Working together with a cross-functional team to develop employee engagement strategies and implementing energizing Employee engagement activities across Q1 – Q2 2024
Roving reporter to develop stories to keep colleagues apprised of the latest happenings around the region (ie. New retail stores, awards, milestone events) on our digital platforms including LinkedIn, our internal intranet, internal corporate newsletter.
Supporting Content Creation for Regional Leadership/ Executives (ie Videos, Memos, LinkedIn post etc);
Managing corporate brand assets and local templates

External communications:

Working alongside the Head of Corporate Communications on key corporate announcements and milestones to raise the corporate brand reputation of EssilorLuxottica in the region. (ie media events/ media outreach etc)
Drafting external materials: media angle, media pitches, key messages, fact sheet, corporate narratives

Copywriting / Editing
Content Creation / Storytelling
Employee engagement
Media engagement
Media Monitoring

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently studying Communications Studies / Mass Communications/ Communication & Information/ Marketing/ Business or related studies.

Strong writing skills, video editing, Content Creation skills preferred
Bonus if individual is adept with Adobe Photoshop, Canvas, and has creative digital design skills
Analytical ability, solution-oriented and used to working with Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel
Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
Reliable, autonomous, precise, with good organization & communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude
