HR MANAGER ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)

• Manage the recruitment and selection process;
• Support hiring managers with job descriptions creation, sourcing, CV screening, interview conduction;
• Manage and coordinate work with HR service providers (recruitment, medical insurance, employee records and leaves, etc);
• Support hiring managers with offer letters negotiation process, candidates` background check, drafting employment contracts and other employment documents;
• Managing onboarding of new joiners;
• Coordination of payroll process with outsourced organization;
• Prepare, updating, and communication of human resource policies and procedures;
• Handle of immigration and visa application process for foreign employees;

• Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
