  • In the capacity of Compliance Officer for TPC you will be developing and implementing the policies and procedures concerning Governing Work Program, Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption Compliance, Business Partner Management, Information Security and Privacy across TPC.
  • Strengthening of the Compliance domain as a customer value proposition part of the sourcing process.
  • Quarterly reporting on TPC Enterprise risk to group functions on Ethics and Compliance, Anti-Corruption, Information Security, Privacy and Business Partner Management.
  • Manage and anchor the business partner risk process for TPC global business partners as part of the procurement process.
  • Manage and support the TPC team of Risk Reviewers responsible for Integrity Due Diligence of prospect vendors and post contract monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Compliance, Business Partner Management, and Privacy requirements, in Telenor's procurement domain by liaising with group functions.
  • Brief/advise the management and key stakeholders on individual vendor compliance risk assessments, as required.
  • Responsible for Post Contract Compliance management and monitoring of business partners, incident handling of compliance related matters.
  • Training and Awareness: Support the organization's compliance training programs by developing training materials and conducting training sessions for employees.
  • Supporting the implementation of business partner management process by managing the Compliance technology platform (software) along with TPC Technology team for business partner risk assessment across the group and providing support to the stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and provide guidance on compliance-related matters. Reporting to group stakeholders and expert functions on Due Diligence findings and compliance related matters.
Profile
  • Experience with business partner (supplier) risk assessment and integrity due diligence in a multinational company, including legal and regulatory risks throughout value chain.
  • Knowledge about compliance and sustainability related risks of suppliers and third parties, including corruption, trade restrictions, privacy, health and safety, labour rights, human rights, and environmental risks, etc.
  • Experience with procurement in a multinational company
  • Experienced in cross functional stakeholder management
  • Experience with overseeing compliance with supplier conduct principles and compliance, in the supplier landscape including sub-providers, from a multinational company
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries, internally and externally
  • Experienced in team management and good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced Telecom field.
Education and Experience
  • More than 8-10 years of experience in a relevant procurement, legal, risk or compliance role.
  • University degree in Law, Business, Management or technology or sourcing/logistics related subjects. Relevant and long term experience may compensate lack of degree.
