
HR Specialist / Senior HR Specialist (Operations)

- Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre on payroll matters including payroll vendor selection & management, employees' on-boarding, renewal of contracts and offboarding
- Responsible for HR daily operational work including SAP system management, leaves and attendance, benefits
- Manages HR policies and related rules and regulations and update to employee handbook/company portal
- Support employee caring and engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and/or documents as required to government bodies, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Manages company insurance (e.g. medical and work injury) and claims submission (if any)
- Work pass application, renewals and cancellations
- Any other projects and adhoc duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor's in Human Resource, Business Management or any relevant degree/advanced Diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and bilingual in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with SAP HR module or other HRIS systems is preferred
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Proactive and outgoing, comfortable interacting with employees across all levels.
