- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Sales positions in a large-scale international enterprise with thorough understanding of the payments industry.
- Proven success in complex c-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, finance and commercial aspects.
- Significant track record of achievements and successes in the targeted field of expertise.
- Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends.
- Willingness to travel.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the cryptocurrency payment sector in APAC.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing applicable Nuvei payment solutions to meet those needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency payment space to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cryptocurrency payment solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects. Serves as an expert in the field and principal advisor.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, pricing, compliance & risk, and banking to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships and Network: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our reach and enhance our offerings in the cryptocurrency sector.
