System Analyst (IT Projects, up to $5,500)

• Evaluate and recommend enterprise software solutions and architecture improvements to optimize system performance, usability, and scalability.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to system deployment, including timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
• Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers for system integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior system analysts or project team members.
• Perform gap analysis and system impact analysis for application changes or new implementations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation processes.
• Ensure system compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

• Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in software development and maintaining web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in frameworks such as Angular, Spring Boot and in Unix/Linux based environment.
• Strong knowledge in programming such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Unix Shell Scripting and relational databases and related scripting such as Oracle, SQL, mySQL.
