We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As an AS&T Senior Chemist you are tasked to ensure smooth laboratory operation activities, maintaining laboratory compliance standards to be inspection ready and shape new MTO culture founded on collaboration, diversity, fostering reliability, productivity and innovation at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:Responsibilities

Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
Testing random samples of finished goods
Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems

What You'll Bring to Alcon

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Science related disciplines.
Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in related Industry (Pharmaceutical or Chemical) will be considered.
