Job DescriptionOur Client:Our client is a global professional services company specializing in delivering business transformation and IT solutions to clients from a variety of industries. With a worldwide spread branches, their mission is to be the transformation partner for clients. We are currently seeking an IT Service Manager to join their team in Singapore.The Responsibilities:

Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department
Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions
Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.)
Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement, etc.)

RequirementsThe Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and above and with 10-15 years of work experience
Experience in Consulting
At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Client facing experience
Someone who can understand and speak Japanese (business level) is preferred to be able to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking stake holders
