- Conduct in-depth plant trials to effectively demonstrate the quantifiable benefits of Kemin solutions, addressing specific customer pain points and achieving successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute targeted customer engagement strategies, including needs assessments, solution presentations, and technical consultations.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical barriers that may hinder customer adoption of Kemin solutions, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Develop and implement customer-focused technical service programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key customers by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and recommendations on the optimal application of Kemin solutions.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance customer value and expand Kemin's market share within existing customer accounts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and unmet customer needs.
- Proactively identify and champion new product and service ideas, translating market insights into innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Management teams to provide valuable customer feedback and drive the development of new and improved products and services.
- Provide expert technical assistance to sales teams on product dosage, application protocols, and point of addition to optimizing customer success.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and training programs to internal and external stakeholders on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.
- Generate high-quality technical data and documentation, including product specifications, application guides, and troubleshooting manuals, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring efficient equipment maintenance, inventory management, and a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain robust safety protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ideally a Masters Food Nutrition/Biochemistry/Microbiology or other related discipline, from a recognized university
- Strong technical knowledge of food ingredients with 10 years’ work experience in similar capacity
- Astute application background in bakery & confectionery and/or sauces & seasoning and/or processed meat
