- Lead the CMO agenda to shape and execute next generation priorities across marketing and advertising, GenAI, technology, data.
- Be a thought leader in digital marketing, performance media, with deep understanding of the marketing and advertising value chain.
- Bring to market offerings in data-driven campaign and advertising through integrated media, marketing, data, and technology solutions, and win long term retainer accounts.
- Own the partner relationship to jointly go-to-market with Google, Meta on key GTM activities.
- Own the pipeline and close deals, revenue KPI.
- Lead delivery and execution.
- Lead and groom Marketing Services team.
- Lead from the front, acting as an exemplary role model of integrity for leaders at all levels; promote a strong sense of loyalty and followership as well as to energise others to perform at the highest level

- Manage the development of a strong pipeline of diverse talent for current/ future success; own and drive a talent experience that differentiates Deloitte from others.
- Actively manages the business to deliver maximum value to Deloitte and to external stakeholders.
- Anticipate market and competitor trends to develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiates Deloitte.
- More than 15 years in digital advertising and marketing, with at least half of that in leadership roles
- Adept at synthesizing creative, media, data, technology
- Experience in digital advertising value chain across adtech, data, performance media, measurement and optimization
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics across privacy, cookie transition, adtech
- Ability and experience in bringing new digital advertising solutions and services to grow media and marketing effectiveness
- Experience working with digital advertising ecosystem players like Google, Meta
- Sold large transformational deals
- Experience in leading large global accounts
