- Develop data-backed strategies that drive digital sales, and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned channels.
- Manage the entire funnel from paid/owned media campaign optimisation, developing journeys, re-targeting, to AB testing, extracting data etc.
- Leverage on digital tools to optimise digital journeys and touchpoints to minimise drop-off and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints, including the website, mobile app, and other digital properties.
- At least 12 years of experience in commercialising digital marketing in financial services.
- At least 5 solid years of experience in digital sales and marketing within banking.
- Experience with running paid media and performance marketing.
- Influential and a people person, you are strong in interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and the full suite of Adobe.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
