APAC Regional Marketing Manager - Next Generation FirewallThe Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Regional Marketing Manager, APAC will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs across the Asia Pacific region. The individual will be tasked with driving qualified pipeline generation to support sales growth; to build brand and market awareness; and to develop strong relationships within the customer base. Pivotal to this role is the ability to work closely with key stakeholders including: NGFW leadership team, corporate marketing (US and UK), APAC Marketing, APAC Partners and Customers and APAC sales leaders.Responsibilities
Work with the Asia Pacific field marketing team and sales teams to develop overall strategy and Go-To-Market plans for the Next-Generation Firewall product line whilst also liaising with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Design and implement marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline generation and ultimately sales, including events, sponsorships, channel marketing, install-base marketing, and digital campaigns.
Identify, manage and host industry and company run events with customers, partners, prospects and industry thought leaders.
Develop and implement targeted cross-sell / migration initiatives into the existing install-base to drive incremental pipeline growth and support the conversion of pipeline into revenue.
Collaborate with channel partners and other strategic alliance partners on the development of joint marketing programs, and also support and implement corporate channel marketing initiatives.
Manage the quarterly based marketing budget, including (direct budget) and where applicable Market Development Fund (MDF) budget.
Accountable for program success, tracking marketing spend ROI and achieving quarterly goals / metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Minimum 7+ years of related Business to Business marketing experience including Asia Pacific responsibilities
Proven track record of achieving targets and being metrics driven
Experience in cybersecurity, firewall technology preferred
Experience working with Channel Partners to develop marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and sales growth
Must be a team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment both in region and at a corporate level
Must be comfortable with a fast-moving, changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
Lead nurturing experience, SalesForce.com and Marketo experience a plus
Ability to travel 10% of the time across Asia Pacific
